True Dissapointment in FNB service

Applied for Cheque, Credit, 3 kids savings and a i-pad 4 on 6 Dec. Was all approved within 24 hours. Faxed through documents, would not go through, mailed it several times and delivered to Menlyn branch. Since then I have received my Cheque account card, I terminated the i-pad request as nobody has ever contacted me regarding this. I have my 3 kids cards still at Menlyn branch. I work in Jhb so to arrange getting it will only happen on Saturdays unless they deliver to my Office. I have escalated several times and all they tell me is well mam it is with our admin department and we will escalate again. I keep receiving these messages they tried to get hold of me, weird thing is, I am on call 24/7 hence my phone is always with me. No missed calls. I have a good mind to cancel all my accounts with FNB and take my business elsewhere. I have changed my salary details to FNB but have changed it back to my old bank now. I am so disgusted and truly dissapointed in the level of service given. I still have my Credit card outstanding and my kids cards are probably closed by now. I was told to collect them, spent hours in the qeue and when I got in front was asked for their birth certificates!!
