First National Bank
Awaiting response for weeks!!

My wife has a study loan at FNB. She is fully qualified now with a good starting job. We went to the bank to hear how we can start paying back the loan and the amount that they debit from her account each month. The lady at the Waterfront branch was very helpful and tried her best, but the head office that she contacted promised a full quote in maximum four days. It has now been weeks and we went the the bank at least 7 times to hear if there is any progress. And every time there is nothing with a promise of the next four days. We want to do the right thing by paying it off but FNB is pocketing from the interest each month while we wait for them to respond. I sick and tired of all these empty from the bank. Somebody is not doing their job. She has to take time of from work and go and sit there in a line, just to hear its not been done. But I would also like to thank Vaughn for her help and effort. She helped us every time with a smile and tried her best. I'm so disappointed with FNB.
