I phoned Wesbank on 31.12.2012 because I was involved in a car accident on 28.12.2012. According to my statements with Wesbank for the repayment of my car i pay 2 premiums for Courtesy car =R114.00 and GroupLife=R57.19. When i enquired what the policy covered I was told to contact Hollard Life and Momentum as they were the companies where the premiums went to. Both these insurance companies have no idea what i am talking about, they dont have my personal details as well. I made further enquires with Wesbank and have not been assisted to date. I am without a car at this stage and my customers are as far as Hammanskraal which costs me R120 transport fee per day.
