Double billing for Ipad Mini

Hi,
Last month I logged a complaint (ref 118753000) as a double deduction was taken off my account for the ipad mini I received in Dec 2012. I was assured that this would be sorted and the amount was reimbursed into my account promptly. This month, however, the double payment has gone off again (i have logged another complaint ref 154898700). It took me 4-5 months (and numerous complaints) to start paying for the device and now I am paying double. Please can this be addressed ASAP!
