FNB keeps double debiting me for a laptop i purchased, even double debits me for the laptop insurance.
This has been happening since December, was fixed in December however January it happened again. I was refunded the insurance debit, however i have not received my Laptop refund. My laptop payment is supposed to be R249, but FNB debited R459. Can they please refund me the R210 as this is an inconvenience, I have plans with that money during the month. And can they please fix this permanently, it is really inconveniencing my other debit orders, and FNB will not be liable for my other bounced payments, even though it is still their fault that my other payment might bounce due to them double debiting me every single month. I also spoke to Lindiwe Mthembu who logged a fault for me REF: RD13020536040, THIS WAS LOGGED ABOUT 10 DAYS AGO AND SHE PROMISED TO CONTACT ME FOR FEEDBACk, NO CALL FROM HER OR MARKUS TO DATE.
