My fiancee & myself went to FNB in Centurion this afternoon & firstly I was shocked that the person helping us was walking around in her slippers. This is extremely unprofessional
Secondly, we bought a Cash Passport & when we got home & tried to change the pin we could not log in. We phoned Cash Passport & according to them, not all information was provided / linked to the card which means we have to go back to the bank tomorrow to sort this out.
