Transfer Done and nothing still reflecting

I did a transfer last week on the 13 June 2013, After calling to enquire if payment has been received, i faxed the POP to the number provided by the call centre, on the 19/06/2013 and after faxing POP to American Express with numerous calls to the call centre, i still havent received any feedback from you guys??
