I phoned the call centre on the 22/02/13 to enquire why I was billed twice in January (R207.00, R306.87)
I spoke to Nonthlanthla who told me that she can only see the payment of R207.00 and that cell c did not debit me twice, (clearly my statement infront of me must be someone else's). She then said I should fax the proof to the following number : 084 14329 which I did, I then call the call centre back and speak to Caroline to find out if my faxed was recieved and once again get told cell c only charged me R207.00 when I clearly stated that I want to know if my fax was recieved and not if I was billed correctly, I then get told the fax number I was given is for the credit department and I need to call them or I can fax it through to the customer care department, why was I given the incorrect fax number in the first place and why is it that some consultants willing transfer one to the correct department while other consultants (Caroline) give you a thousand excuses why they cant transfer. I have had numerous problems with cellc and it's staff, Please can I get proper feedback to my query and not an automated response that someone will get back to me
