Club Leisure empty promises

I was approached by Club Leisure to sell my time share in Nov 2012. After which I agreed and filled out all the transfer papers and they said it would take about 3 to 6 weeks. In Jan 2013 I followed up to find out how far the transfer is & my payment which they responded saying it will take 3 weeks. On 11 Feb I followed up again after which they requested more documentation to be signed and said this is the final documentation for the transfer to go through and it will take 3 weeks. On 22 Feb I followed up again just to make sure that the transfer is being processed and June Swart confirmed that the transfer documents were given to the Transfer Secratary on 18 Feb 2013 and that my payment was authorised on the 19 of Feb 2013 and I would have my money within a week. One week went by and no payment, afterwhich I followed up again on 26 Feb and June said that my payment will be made by the end of the week. On 11 March I followed up again as I still had not received payment afterwhich she said I must speek to Mehreen again. Mehreen confirmed on the 14th of March that the payment was not authorised yet and that they will make the payment on 15 Mar. Its the 19 Mar and still no payment!
