Payment received but not reflecting

I tried purchasing a deal from groupon and continuously got an error, I sent an email to enquire about this and was told my profile would be reset and I should try again, I did so but received the same error so I decided to do an EFT, I received a reference number, but just as I was about to do the transfer I saw that the my credit card had already been deducted for the amount despite the site showing it as an error, I phoned and was told payment was received and is reflecting and I would receive notification soon. Till date I havent received notification, it still shows on my account as an error in payment, and despite calling again no one can help me. They say yes they have received payment, but they dont know why its not reflecting and I have not received any notification, and they dont know if I will receive the deal, and there seem nothing they can do about it. But if the deal expires then and I dont get anything then I can ask for a refund, and what if I really want this deal, well maybe they will have it again. This is really not helpful at all. How can no one be capable of sorting this out if it is reflecting that payment has been received?? Complete waste of time!
