Why Online Facilities If You Don't Respond To Them

Hi.

I am just wondering why on your website you have the facilities for me to log a query but you never get back to me.
Subsequently I had also called you guys and your systems where down, not an offer to take my details and get back to me but rather a simple, "call back later."
Like we are paying you for us to run around after you, not a sustainable business model.

I had logged an inquiry with you guys on the 4th of June regarding my ebucks account. (Reference. 80947400)

Firstly I had never received my ebucks card when I opened my account but got a pin.
Secondly I filled up at Engine Filling Stations for a number of months and never received any ebucks back for it.

It was quite a mission opening my account in the first place, and now its quite a mission dealing with you guys.
On the surface to me it looks like you a fantastic marketing company but not much on an execution of promises/services company.
