I'm fed up with the rate of service delivery that I get from old mutual staff, I would like for the head manager to contact me and get this issue sorted out urgently asap reason being as I have debit orders for insurance to go through but when I lodge a claim, then url give me the run around and wasting my time and money and petrol. Its costing me heartache and I'm not getting any joy of the current situation. I took out An insurance policy in october 2012 and a terminally ill claim was lodged in may 2013, now that the person is deceased 2 weeks after the terminally ill claim hasn't been processed and its taking far too long, please get me the manager I want this headache done and over with for sakes!!!
