My eBucks were cancelled in January. I've left messages with eBucks and FNB and I'm still waiting to hear back why my eBucks were disqualified. I've told them I opened the account in July / August. They say I opened it in January and didn't use my eBucks enough. Still have no clue, but I have started the process to move my debit orders back yet again to Standard Bank. Useless.
