I have requested a letter with the details of previous claims on or policy, as I am trying to get alternative quotes. The reason for this is that if you battle so much with everyday requests and a small claim, I shudder to think what will happen if there is a big motor or burglary claim. After several request for the document to several people, I eventually receive a letter saying "there has been 5 claims". Full stop, no details of what claims or the amounts, worst part is that it is not true. There were 2 windscreen claims and one for loss of keys. A laptop claim was instituted but withdrawn as the laptop has been repaired. This was all confirmed by Abdul this morning, however it took 3 phone calls before this useless, incorrect piece of paper was forwarded to me.
I need this sorted out by close of business tomnorrow.
