Does it take this long to get feedback on a claim?
I'm truly not impressed with the service I'm getting from MiWay. My claim was submitted on the 10th of June and until today I haven't received any feedback. The consultant that was allocated my claim has never contacted me, he/she only responds to emails that I have initiated. This person lacks empathy, which is one of the things that qualifies a good service.
I still have no idea on the status of the claim or my car.
