It sadness me to say that for an individual that had only praises for FNB, they have really let me down this time around.
I applied for a smart device last week of April and got a confirmation (complete with Ts&Cs) on the 5th of May and promised delivery of a Samsung S4 within 15 working days.
After waiting for over 20 days without any materialization, I started inquiring about the said device. Well, up to day, I've been tossed and bounced from dept to dept. what's even more frustrating, is that they seem to be a huge disconnect among the channels and no one seems to have access to my right documentation that I recently submitted at the branch and I'm treated like a first time client when I've been with the bank for a long time already! I have to explain myself every time I call or visit a branch over and over again!
Worst still, I cancelled my current cell contract as this deal comes with a cell C call plan. I planned to have the new phone at the beginning of this month and well, it's almost over also! I would like this to be resolved soon as it is really inconveniencing and cost me immensely!
