I'm staying in Heidelberg for 13 years and there is no service for Standard bank. A person have to drive to Swellendam or Riversdale for service to deposit money etc. Now one of the shops not that there is many here got a little machine the same that you use at the tills to pay for your purchases, to deposit and withdraw money.
Most of the time the machine doesn't take the debit cards and also doesn't take tjekcards so you have to pay more to withdraw money at Absa or FNB banks.
Most of the banks does have atms here in the shops --- but STANDARD BANK cant spend the money for a proper atm with deposit features... `Oh NO a little creditcard machine that doesn't work!!!
