Refusing to update clients

I applied for bond finance through the home loans department. My application was rejected because of some dispute with FNB and the developer. This is FNB's reason for refusing me the loan. I firstly think its absolutely ridiculous because as clients we have nothing to do with the developer. Initially they were financing loans for the requested and suddenly they just decided to stop. They don't even provide a reason as to what the dispute is or anything. How can you just refuse clients who have been loyal to you and who have good credit history just because you have a problem with the developer? Totally unprofessional way of operation. I even mentioned that I have no reason to support FNB if they do not support me when needed. Why should I bank with FNB if all banks are the same and all have issues? I should rather try another and maybe I might just get better service. FNB only appears to be better because of all the e bucks etc but I have heard only negative things about them. Time to change over.
