On my previous complain with Home Loans department, they cam back to me with all kinds of promises that they will attend my home loan application etc... how sorry they are on how they handled my documents, was almost impressed as the Property Home Loans Leader sounded very convincing.
Now this morning i have spoke to several people trying to get somebody to update/ give me feedback regarding my application. Worst nightmare again, nothing is found on the system and instead i have been put on hold for more than 20min ended up dropping the call. No supervisors or team leaders are available for anything, this is the worst bank or service in history... i have been banking with these people for so long now and they ridiculous.
I m approaching another bank, i am taking my account and wives to another bank that knows how to treat their clients and able to assist them.
