My cousin Kgabo Mathatho took a R305000 building loan from Standardbank acc 366348728, the developer had been paid as work progresses, so far an amount of R302 822.66 has been paid towards the building costs therefore from the R305 000.00 short paid R2 177.34, No one told me the reason Why the Developer wasnt paid in full, No Developer took her to some Lawyers (DKM inc, Ref: HJP DE KLERK/ydp/I00025, tel: 0114428609) who are claiming that the Developer was short paid by R10 188-89, and they've sent her letters of Demand,
She wants to know from the bank why is she being, and she wants them to sort this out with these lawyers because she wasn't made aware by the bank of any reason why they short paid the Developer that R2177.34 which now their Lawyers are demanding R10188.89 for it from her, She has documents from Developer and the bank agreeing that the R305000 building loan was going to cover R305000 building work by the Developer, Now she wants to know why this Mess??
