No reason to stay

Dear FNB My first car was financed by Wesbank and was paid on time. When I applied for my first property bond to you, I was given 80% standard bank gave me 90%. I went bank to you and asked you to at least give me 90% but the Manager I spoke to at Home Loans was too arrogent to assist. You then gave me a platinum account and I thought that maybe there will be a reason to stay. Now I am applying for another bond and other banks are still giving me the lowest interest rate compared to you with SA Homeloans being the lowest at 8.40%. I have the best credit record and I have been loyal enough to FNB but it seems that you people are now too arrogant for your Clients. Even with Platinum Account I still dont benefit anything from banking with FNB, thats how arrogent you people have become. You have treated me like "Just a drop in the Ocean". I am shopping around and my days with you are numbered...
