I went into the Bryanston FNB today 21 June around 2pm to verify my ID and take proof of address which I need for a loan through FNB. Mbali assisted me and took copies and scans of all my documents and even took a sample signature. Later today I get a call from personal loans saying that I need to go to the bank and give proof of residence... which I had already done. Dear Mbali did not update my details on the system as requested and now I have to go BACK to the bank to redo all of this. Thanks for nothing Mbali, FNB Bryanston you need to make sure your employees know what they are doing. Shocking.
