Once again standard bank is the worst banking supplier in 2013.as a standard bank client for many years i cannot even start to think how they have deteriorated so badly over the last few years.just like nobody knows anything or completely unwilling to take responsibility for any of there jobs.the ATM machine in tableview mall was out of order every other day.eventually it was replaced with new working parts on the inside.its now been three weeks and the said machine is still not working.it accepts your card but cant process any transactions.i have witnessed many clients it the past 3 weeks walking away or using the other two machines from absa and fnb in disgust.surely somebody must know the said atm machine not dispensing any cash. after reporting it once again to customer care at standard bank i was told to hold on and they transfer me to atm department.just to receive a recorded message that there working hours are mon-fry 08h00 t0 16h30.surely customer care should have known that??? with service like this i am ashamed to be a standard bank client.are they going to refund our transaction fees from drawing from the other banks atm.
