Every Month End Capitec Bank ATM runs out of cash

For the past three months now Capitec Bank's ATM machines in Claremont Main Road and Kenilworth Centre has run out of Cash in the last week of the month... the staff just shrug their shoulders. It is totally unacceptable and very annoying for a bank to run out of cash. I do not want to hear that one can draw cash at Pick n Pay or Shoprite- if that were the case why have ATMs? Added to the fact that Capitec shuts it's ATM machines down when the branch closes just addS to the inconvenience... MAYBE WE NEED TO ASK WHY???
