I am beyond disgusted with the service I have received from Outsurance.
Here is a list of what I have been through with this incredibly corrupt company:
1. Promised they would waiver the admin fee, this was charged on my account!!!
2. Incorrect information on Policy, they got my name wrong and the make and model of my car wrong
3. I was quoted on R1000 excess - policy I got was for R3400 excess
4> Was told tracking service was once off fee of R70, transpires it is R70 extra
5. Was told my policy was R400 a month then R421, then R440 and now they phone me and tell me it is R491.
I have had to endure numerous calls and was even told by one manager I should be greatful they are waivering an admin fee!!! They still have not sent me my correct policy, I still haven't received my refund back for R275 and further they keep on adding money onto my policy because their staff are clearly incompetent. DISGUTING SERVICE!!!
