I took out a funeral policy /- 4 years ago for my mother on my name. They put the wrong name on the policy and my wife and I keep on trying to change it. All they say it is a small problem and they will fix it, and will contact us. They never come back to us and they never fixed it. What if something happens and my mother pass away, they will not pay out, because it is in the wrong name. They send me an sms the other day and asking me how was the service we got. Terrrible!!! I will not recommend Old Mutual to anyone. To write a wrong name on the policy... how does this happen???
