No Response on delivery of new card

About three months ago, yes three months ago I applied online for a FNB current account. I was contacted the following day to complete my application. I was told that my card will be delivered in two weeks, but three months later I still have no card. I called them and they had all the wrong details, and I was told someone will be calling me, but I heard nothing.
