Complaint lodged here 13/6 richard sifiso will contact me in 48 hours from 13/6, lenasia branch was to contact me in 3 days from 4/6, still waiting for both of them. i will now do it via daily sun, maybe then i will get somewhere, dont need their loan anymore but the principle, cheap bank charges, cheap service. rather pay more and get the service you pay for, never seen a bank like this, they really just dont care, but they will lose all these clients in the end.
