I have made cash arrangements to repay certain because of a change in my financial situation but as these companies have access to my bank account number they are debiting whatever amount suits them and as a result I am left with no money to survive for the month. The bank basically wants to run your life for you and tell you how much you must pay regardless of your current situation. They told me to go get a letter stating I have made such an arrangement?? you go to these companies and they don't have facilities to refund or give letters. Thet don't even have a customer care line!!! but you put your money into a bank cause its cheap well don't bank with Capitec as their customer service is just as cheap and lower class!
