Capitec service really starting to become annoying

I am seriously thinking that cheap is reaqlly equals to nasty! In the past I have raised complaints with Capitec Bank, which they never addressed. The branch that was supposed to have gotten back to me (Southdale branch) regarding ridiculous charges I complained about have never gotten back to - and that was in 2012. Now I made a payment to a supplier earlier this morning and urgently needed to send the proof of payment at that time and hours later no proof of payment in both email and sms form have been sent to me to send to the supplier. This means that there has been a huge delay in me getting my services rendered at the time I wanted them to be sent. I call the callcenter and get told that I must give it 24 hours and that there is nothing they can do. I am so disgusted by the service I keep receiving from Capitec and really am contemplating moving to another bank. Saving money on charges is not worth it when it comes with service and a bigger headache! Bad move moving to Capitec Bank!
