Its been two years that capitec debiting my account before the agreed time. Yes I have a loan with the bank and completely liable to pay it back. All other companies debit my account the same date I gave them but every month on my bank statement there is unsuccessful transaction from capitec. This is not only causing unnecessary bank charges but also affecting my credit score. I have consulted at the kolonnade branch, made a call to head office and e-mailed customer care but the same thing is still going on. What is happening to this cheap bank? Is it true that cheap is cheap. Cheap rates and cheap service
