This was the response to my complaint on the 21/11/2013

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint lodged with our institution regarding the application for the home loan facility, and wish to thank you for raising your concerns with us. Please be advised that the bank has a right to decide in terms of risk, how many units in the complex they need to finance. We understand and appreciate your loyalty to the bank, however this is a business decision and at the moment we cannot increase the exposure to accommodate your application.
