On the 28th May 2013 called Hollard insurance to instruct them to change my pay date from the 20th to the 25th of each month effective 25th June. This was not done and neither did the agent inform me that these changes takes more than 30days to take effect. The debit order was returned unpaid, resubmitted in the middle of June without any contact made with me. Again the debit order was returned. Now the policy lapsed. Please explain how we eradicate incompetence. I am downright fed up with Hollard.
