My son was involved in a car accident on the 30 June 2013 with Toyota Etios which was insured by Hollard, policy number is HOLALLIN0016275 . After long pursuit, I was told by Ms. Tobi Nkosi that my claim was rejected because I was insincere when I was asked about any cancellation of any of my policies by any insurer. The first encounter with Hollard was on the 24th May 2012 at 12.51pm when phoned by the sales person for the insurance cover. The policy that was cancelled by Outsurance is that of my husband, letter received on the 26 June 2012 policy no: OT12864834.
When I was asked by Hollard on the 24 May 2012 about any cancellation of any of my policy by any insurer, I honestly responded by saying NO as on that date that I was never rejected or cancelled by any insurer.
