Poor or bad services from nedbank

I applyed for a home loan on the 4th of june 2013, at their branch in waterfall mall (rustenburg), after giving them all the documents, I got emails from them looking for the same documents I gave them, today after three weeks of headache I got from them. Got a call saying the sales consultant, who help me didn't fill in the application correct. Poor services I got from this bank.
