Nedbank's poor Home Loan service

After 2 weeks following the application for a home loan, I have still not received an approval from Nedbank. The application was withdrawn twice, both times due to the inefficiency and negligence of Nedbank staff. I have tried persistently to elicit feedback by escalating the matter. But, without success. On every occasion, I am told that they are "looking into it". I have submitted a complaint via their website, and all I received was a reference number - no phone call, no email, no response. The branch manager gave me a courtesy call a few days ago, but have had no feedback thereafter. I've escalated the Branch Manager. Sent messages via their Facebook page. Nothing. I've threatened to move our bonds, investment accounts and entire portfolios to, another bank. Still no response. Unbelievable.
