Money star has me in arrears for R150 for an amount they failed to deduct from my bank account.
When trying to find out what the problem is they are never available nor have they the decency to pick up the phone and call me.
I have called daily but the accounts department has not once picked up the phone and customer services are unwilling to help or reply to emails.
