After receiving a brief phone-call from a tele-sales lady, explaining pros and cons for her insurance deal; I was hesitant, and wanted to think it over; and was informed that all relevant info was to be emailed to me, and I was to be contacted again shortly, to conclude me signing up.
This email never arrived, no one called, and now deductions for aprox. R80.00 are reflecting on my bank statements.
This is criminal! I wish to lay a charge of! And Bank!
