Still no refund after illegal deductions?!

My last complaint on Hello Peter was lodged about three weeks ago, after I had struggled for two to three weeks just to get someone to contact me about illegal deductions that Damelin had been making off my bank account. Since then I have had to go into a bank and get bank statements as proof that the monies had been deducted, I submitted everything and then last week was told the refund can take up to 90 days!!?? I had to complete a de-registration form on Friday last week and inquired as to when the refund will be made? NO ANSWER. I have informed them that 90 days is unacceptable - since I AM NOT A STUDENT AND THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED () FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

What do you think?? Have I been patient enough - should I go to the police??
