I am currently a 2 day new customer to Dial Direct, just bought my 1st car and got the best deal with Dial Direct Comprehensive car insurance when compared to all other insurance companies. Mr Rameez Kemz from the Valued Added Products department gave me a call this morning to discuss the additional add-ons for my car, I was very pleased with his service level of knowledge and clear communication when discussing the pros and cons. He even went the extra mile of explaining to me the difference between a Top up cover with the bank and the Touch-up cover.
