I have a contract with Virgin mobile I received a call to inform me I had one month free insurance I verifiied that there was no cost to me as consumer and that I dont need it, on reviewing my bank statements I note that Fonesure (whom I dont know) have been deducting illegally and unauthorised an amount of R62 per month since March. This is unacceptable as no authorisation was given - refund me with immediate effect or I will go to the ombudsman and lay a charge.
