My wife applied for finance for a motorcycle on Monday 14 Jan. She had to phone every day this week to find out about the status of the application, as the consultant she deals with does not phone her back with any feedback. To date still nothing has been done, as various consultants keep on saying it is still in the process as they wait for the internal price verification. When my wife phoned on Friday, she spoke to one consultant who told her that the hold-up is on the bank's side. She asked him if there is anything from our side or the dealers side that is outstanding, he said no its the internal price list that hasn't been updated on their side, and that is what they are waiting for to do final approval of the motorcycle finance. We submitted everything the bank requires for the application on Monday to ensure smooth application. Is it really our problem if the INTERNAL lists aren't up to date?
