I Demand a refund for 2 months

absa AIP services started debiting my account for two month without my consent, No formal letter or telephone call was made or sent to me before my account was debited. Funny enough they sent me a Policy contract in June indicating that the inception date of my policy is 01/06/13. And yet you started debiting my account in 29/04/13. I sent absa a confirmation letter from my car insurance indicating that my inception date is 29/05/13. Therefore I demand my refund because my inception letter proves that you guys started debiting 2 months of insurance before the 1st of june as your insurance state. You people are so unbelievable I'm considering changing banks.
