Hi, my name is Lindiwe Nhlapho and i have a vehicle account with absa. i laid a complaint a while ago regarding the vehicle insurance that absa forced me to pay even though i has one with a different company. well, i was called by the guys at absa, made promises to sort it out, i even received an email confirming the reversal. there first problem i have is that i am still waiting for refund to come through for (R690 X 3 months), which i was promised to recieve before the 15 of Feb, it has not come until today. secondly, i requested an annual statement for my vehicle account (2012), i discovered that absa charged me R750 for charges because of the insurance thing that started in November till Feb respectively. Absa is a, it takes money from innocent and unsuspecting people, they knew about the charges they added during the whole insurance saga, but they kept quiet about it. I'm so disgusted with their lousy, poor services with empty promises. i demand absa to reverse all those charges i see on that statement for the 3 months, as well as refund my money back asap. i have never seen a company that has a horrible service like absa, it cheats and clients.
