Acc settled, MFC ran debit orders, & failure 2 repay

I had an account with MFC and settled the account more than a year ago. However, MFC still ran their debit orders. I called the customer care manier times and was sent from pillar to post, and given endless promises that I would be phoned back. The consultant handling my account is Thuso Serole, supervised by Frans and Lindiwe, whom are also aware of the problem. On the 6th June 2013, Thuso emailed me a letter that proves that I've settled the account a long time ago, and I quote "We will do the refund of R1878.27 R200 that went through today (07.06.2013) and send confirmation on such on the 10.06.2013." I was only paid R2OO. and when I call MFC repeated, its the same game again, I'm sent from pillar to post. The supervisor (Frans), claimed to have processed another payment of the balance last week, but when I called the other supervisor (Lindiwe), the transaction wasn't processed on the system. This is actually Breach of Contract and unlawful behaviour. Its very disappointing from a highly reputable financial institution as MFC.And the unprofessional behaviour from consultants left a sour taste in my mouth. I'm making endless calls and its costing me more money than what I'm owed. MFC really.
