Flemix deducted R750 at my work as a garnishee at the end of May 2013 of which they refunded me R1223.42 on the 23rd May 2013 the money appeared on the the 2 April 2013 and 14 May 2013. I complained to them and Capitec. Johnathan from Flemix told me to send my banking details, which I did on th 5th May and he promise to tell the finance to refund me within a week and now it's the 19th May and I never heard from them. Jennine from Capitec sent me this below email she recieved from Flemix:
"They further confirmed that they refunded your account on 23 May 2013; attached please find the proof of payment thereof.

41148957 14/05/2013 Garnishee Payment R 0, 00 R 750, 00 R-1 223, 42

They refunded me R750 that appeared on the 14 May 2013 to them. Johnathan told me when they deduct from the company the money appears to them after 10 days. I blame Capitec who is quite when Flemix is over deducting from me yet they are the ones who sent my details to this Flemix?
