Outsurance, :( This insurance company did not provide us with ANY advice to our vehicle (new Amarok bakkie) and the comprehensive cover we took on this vehicle leading to a claim rejection, we received poor feedback on claim results - waiting 3 weeks for Management to review a claim which they were supposed to have done correctly the first time (rejecting a claim in full of a NEW vehicle - Amarok Bakkie) due to the fact that my husband was driving on the night of the accident and not myself who was the regular driver?!!? (My husband was the secondary driver) The Outsurance terms and conditions are vague which creates pitfalls for their clients. Outsurance took our money and ruined our lives in return for our money. Their incompetent services left us without ANY cover on our vehicle!
