My vehicle was involved in an accident with a client of theirs vehicle. The accident was caused by their client and she even admitted it was her fault. I have extensive damage to my vehicle to the amount of R20000. They refused to pay out my claim on the basis of a previous court ruling from 1965!!! My driver clearly had right of way and even changed lanes to try and prevent the accident. This is so frustrating because i am stuck with a damaged vehicle and they don`t even care.
