On friday 14/06/2013 i called their offices to request more info and i was put through to Angelique, i told her what i need and she asked for my ID no of which i gave her and she asked for my cellphone number i gave her and she said nothing besides i will call you back. She never called me back. Tuesday 18/06/2013 i called the office again and asked t speak to her i was transfered. When she answered i told her that i called on friday and she promised to call me back she says can i have your ID no i gave her and she tells me ohh you owe capited bank one thousand and odd cents, then i ask her that is not what i wanted to know on friday she says then tell me what you wanted. i told her again and she says yes that is what im telling you that you still owe capitec bank..Then i ask her why you did not call me again after you promised on friday she say " probably" because i was waiting for capitec... all she was saying was nonsense as she is talking about something that is irrelevant to what i wanted. then i told her she sent me a paid up letter then she says please forward that mail to me.. in a while she sent me an e-mail saying the info she gave over the phone was incorrect my acc is
