I have been to Capitec Bank last week the 12/06/13 to take a consolidation loan and my application was successful and Diramang the consultant told me that my loan will commence the payment was July 24 2013 and when I went through my Contract only to find that my payment is due 24 June 2013 I find this to be unprofessional I phoned collections department spoke to the lady by the name of Tsakani who told me at the branch they can help, .I got to the branch I had to wait from 11h55-12h20 before I could be helped no one was interested in resolving this complaint, I spoke to the lady who denied saying the debit order will go on the next month and the manager by the name of Iqbal Hattia who was very rude and said its not their fault I did not read the contract. I asked him why was the lady saying the 24.07 of which it was 24/06.Then I Phoned collection again spoke to the guy by the name of Xolani who could not assist me as well as he told me they deal with the clients that are not paying not new loans.
I am disgusted with the manager who can't help but protects service consultants, because this inconveniences me as a client I think Capitec can do bette
